Residential Driving Course Wales

The Intensive Residential Driving Course will take place at the beginning of the week or other days when pre arranged,with the test at the end of the course. The driving instructor will pick you up from the guest house / hotel in the morning and will drop you back off after the driving lessons. Other accommodation can be arranged but will need extra notice and prices will vary.

The Oast House is situated in an easily accessible small town called Llantwit Major, roughly 20 miles South-West of Cardiff, the capital of Wales,
and home of the infamous Millennium Stadium. The high street is within walking distance of The Oast House Lodge, and comprises Public Houses, various English, Chinese and Indian Takeaways, Tearooms, Newsagents and a small Supermarket. In case of any emergencies there are 2 Doctors Surgery's and 3 Dentists situated nearby! Llantwit Major is also within easy reach of Cardiff and Bridgend, both of which have Accident & Emergency units.

10 Hrs Residential Intensive Driving Course, Two days and one nights B & B, including test. Suitable for those who have failed a test recently with no more than 10 minor faults and no more than 1 serious fault.

15 Hrs Residential Intensive Driving Course, three days and two nights B & B, including test. Suitable for those who have failed a test with only one or 2 serious faults.

20 Hrs Residential Intensive driving Course, four days and three nights B & B, including test. Suitable for those who are competent in all areas of driving including the manoeuvres.

25 Hrs Residential Intensive Driving Course, five days and four nights B & B, including test. Suitable for pupils with some driving experience and have at least started the reversing exercises

30 Hrs Residential Intensive Driving Course, six days and five nights B & B, including test. Suitable for drivers with good knowledge of all the controls who have had at least 10 to 20 hrs previous driving instruction.

35 Hrs Residential Intensive Driving Course, seven days and six nights B & B, including test. Suitable for confident beginners with some knowledge of driving or for more nervous drivers with previous driving tuition of at least 10 hrs.

40 Hrs Residential Intensive Driving Course, eight days and seven nights B & B, including test. Suitable for the young complete beginner.

45 Hrs Residential Intensive Driving Course, nine days and eight nights B & B, including test. Suitable for complete beginners who are more nervous and would like to build their confidence before heading out on the road.
